Geo has several offices located around the world, which gives us a way of providing customer assistance from all those locations.

The support team are primarily located in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Calgary, and London. 

But we have more locations for Account Management staff. They are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Calgary, London, and all over the US.

This means during business hours for support, we can usually respond in under an hour. For sales related questions, it can be about the same, but it's more of a 24-hour thing.
